It would be great if "The Kingdom New Testament: A Contemporary Translation" by N.T. Wright would be added to the Logos resources
Peace, Henrik! *smile*
Thanks much for posting! I, also, would be very much in favour of this Translation in Logos.
2 Corinthians 9:15
I want to "third" this request. I was lucky enough to get a (signed) copy of this translation at an event (woo-hoo!) and it is an absolutely wonderful translation. Really miss having it in Logos, and would very much like to have it available.
I would love to have this in Logos too!
I completely agree. Might this happen anytime soon?
I have benefited much from this contemporary translation. I would love to see it available in Logos.
Thanks,
Paul Immanuel
I think that one was just published right? I'm sure it will be eventually but it has to be formatted for the Logos system first. How long that will take I have no idea...[:)]
Since its an English text, and I think NT only it wouldn't take long. Main issue is probably permission from the publisher. I really hope they get it in Logos!
Here in Australia it is published as The New Testament for Everyone and it would be great to have it in Logos.

Description
Author Bio
New Testament For Everyone, The (Translation By Tom Wright)
From the man Newsweek called "the world's leading New Testament Scholar" comes a fresh translation of the New Testament. This is The Message (3 million sold) for a new generation.
The Translation is extracted from New Testament for Everyone Series.
Why another translation of the New Testament? As Tom Wright points out in his Preface: 'Translating the New Testament is something that each generation ought to be doing. Just as Jesus taught us to pray for our daily bread, we can never simply live on yesterday's bread, on the interpretations and translations of previous generations.'
Professor Wright's concern is that Scripture should be something that everyone can read, understand and enjoy. Without Scripture, how can we know the mind and heart of our loving God? So this renowned biblical scholar has undertaken a tremendous task: to produce a modern and accessible version of the New Testament. He has drawn together the translations of Scripture from his For Everyone guides to make a seamless whole. Broken up into easy-to-read, bite-sized chunks and illustrated throughout with clear, helpful maps, this is a new rendering of ancient wisdom that can be read like a novel, studied in sections or used as an aid to daily devotion.-Publisher.
I would like to see this resource, too! [Y]
I'd love to see it as well!
Yes it would be great to see this on logos!
Just adding my desire to have this resource [Y]
I would buy this as well
I, too, request that this translation be added to Logos. I am also contacting N.T. Wright to encourage him, and his publisher, to request it as a Logos offering.
Thanks!
I would buy this resource if it was added as well.
Yes, this would be great. There must be some licensing issue because Faithlife published a N.T. collection with over 52 of his other books - but this translation is missing.
