Usually the problem is with sermoncentral rather than logos itself. Have you tried accessing the sermoncentral site directly to see if it is failing?

I just checked and it is working through Logos 4 for me right now.

However when I type in "Ephesians 1:3–14" sermoncentral goes grey.

Changing Passage Guide to Ephesians receives "(None)" in SERMONCENTRAL.COM section.

Mine is greyed out as well, but sermoncentral.com (the site) has sermons on that passage range. I don't know what is going on.
