SR4 4.0.3.2672 Shortcuts

I'm having trouble with the shortcuts. I have five: FreeMind, LingTree Constructor, Biblia Clrus, Treefrom and FoxArc Screen. As I add them, I test that the links work. However, after I shut Logos down and bring it back up only the first and last shortcuts work. This has happened twice. Has anyone else had problems?

Okay - I win the dunce cap for the day [<:o)]... oops, party hat. After another 20 minutes have mixed results I discovered [drum roll] it matters if I right click or left click .... duh ... didn't even recognize that I was inconsistent. So yes, I now have several links working.
