I purchased the upgrade for my Logos Scholar software on 10/18/11. I clicked the download link that was provided and attached to my email confirmation of purchase. When I click the link I then clicked the " For PC" icon. However when I click for the download to begin which is the initial download (I assume the install to install the downloads) it never loads. The box appears and the message is as follows "Please wait while setup downloads files" and under the progress bar it reads "Downloading logos bible software 4 install". Because this is the first step in order to download anything I thought that it should not take that long however I left it up and went to bed. Prior to all of this I set my computer up to "Never sleep" so as not to shut anything down, well now some 10 hours later I am still have the same box. Clearly this is not working. I have a Toshiba Satellite A305-S6825 Intel Cope 2 Duo Processor T5550 with plenty of available space and speed it is approximately three years old. Can someone please assist me with this download?
