Crash when adding item

Whenever I click on add item and go to the window where you select what you want to add (Song, video, content, etc..), When I select the item to add Proclaim shuts down. This happens regardless of what item I select to add.

Same here, it seems that this bug is somehow related to the latest update. I have tried this on two computers under two different Proclaim accounts. The crash log is attached for information.

Essentially, the bug is repeatable and Proclaim is unusable until this is fixed.

Hit, 'Add New' and then when you try to add anything from the list (Song, Bible, etc.) Proclaim shuts down.

Just to add a little more information to this. I have tried adding from 'reuse item' and this produces the same result. Crash.

Logs attached (I am not sure they show anything different to the previous logs).
