Yes, I know why this isn't apt to happen yet, but it would really be nice if the known issues on a release was a list of all the known issues not a summary of known issues related to the changes in this release. To have it be the actual list of known issues would encourage faster corrections of bugs and minimize the users' time testing and documenting bugs that in fact have already been reported.
