Need Greek/Hebrew Language Tools

I purchased Logos 4 Leaders base package a couple months back. I've really been enjoying the software. However, I was not aware that there was no way to upgrade from the Leaders to Language package. I really need to get the language tools that the language package comes with but I really don't have the additional $300 for the Silver Scholars at the moment. I saw some add-in's on the Logos webpage but I'm not sure they work with the Logos 4 package. Does anyone know a way I can get the additional tools? (Sentence diagramming, morph river, etc.)

Scholar removes more than language barriers. I agree with the suggestion to do the payment plan--many of us have gone that route to get a better package. The overall value of Scholar will be easily realized no matter what level of language skill you now have.

Well I very much believe if I don't have the money to purchase something out right, I will not do so. I would rather save the money for the monthly payments per month and buy it all outright and save the $50 in administrative charges. I guess if the Scholars package is the only way to do so, I better start saving. Thank you for the advice. Be blessed

I was not aware that there was no way to upgrade from the Leaders to Language package.

It is not advertised, but several persons have reported on the forums that they have been able to upgrade from a lower base package to Original Languages after speaking to a sales rep, so, unless they've changed the policy recently, it's definitely possible.

Suggest asking Logos sales if amount paid for Leader's could be credited toward Original Languages (with loss of license to resources in Leader's package that are not included in Original Languages).

Understand desire to not buy if not have money. Personally made a mistake upgrading my wife's library to Scholar's Silver; should have upgraded to Gold or Platinum. Scholar's Gold includes United Bible Societies (UBS) Handbooks, wiki Logos Resource Reviews => UBS New Testament Handbook Series and => UBS Old Testament Handbook Series "Key concepts to translate plus cross cultural comments and textual criticism" plus August 2011 blog => http://blog.logos.com/2011/08/logos-4-quickly-access-the-ubs-handbooks/

The NET Bible has many translation footnotes, including # 84 in John 19:28 (included in Bible Study and higher base packages).

Logos payment plan adds $ 5 to each payment processed; if spread payments over a year, then $ 60 is added. When purchase paid off, no more payments (and associated $ 5 processing fee). Payment plan can be used with sale prices. Anticipating many sale offers in December: e.g. 12 Days of Logos (and perhaps a discount for upgrading).
