Sugg: Note File Automation

Especially as notes are going to move over to mobile platform, I hope these suggestions are helpful and are implemented:

 

• Allow us to specify a default note icon style and color for a particular note file. What I mean is, if I add a note to my journal I might like to make all journal notes light blue triangle. Sermon study notes I like to be a green square. Questions I want to be a yellow question icon. I don't want to change the style manually for each one. I store each of these types of notes in a separate note file. I would like to be able to specify at an automatic icon style that is applied by default for each of those note files. It would make sense that we could define that style by default from note bar:
• Alternatively, I would like to be able to have highlights stored by default into a specific note file. I want to be able to define that my yellow highlighter style saves to "Good quotes" note file. My Question mark highlight saves to my "questions" note file. Currently I have to think far too hard to make sure that my highlighting is saved to the proper note file.

It would be much more satisfactory than having it in the Note Indicator menu but it would need to distinguish between Note by Selection (with a note indicator) and Highlighting (no Note indicator) and also allow Note indicator defaults for Note by reference and Add note. So that potentially means having defaults for 3 x Note types and 1 x Highlighting type!

For me, however, the Note indicator menu will allow a change for Add note so you don't need a Default option. Note by reference and Note by selection will need Defaults because you apply them outside the Note file, which may not be open anyway. To complete the picture, the Highlighting tool should have a Default for note indicator per palette.
