Logos 4 for PC upgrade not downloading

I just purchased the Logos Bible Software 4 Minimal Crossgrade (JG) [DVD] for Windows choosing the option to both download the software and to receive the DVD. I had expected a dialog box to open to download the software upon completion of my purchase. I got nothing except an email receipt which was supposed to have a link to download the software, but there is no link to download the software. I am frustrated with the poor online support. How do I download the software now that I have paid for it? Do I have to wait for my DVD?

just to expand on what Kevin already wrote: Logos 4 resources don't have a dialog box or a specific file for download, as Libronix resources do. If you look into the order history of your account, it will say something like "just close and re-open Logos 4 to automatically install". Thus the whole process assumes that you have installed Logos 4 - at minimum the core engine (from the link Kevin gave you).

At every startup Logos 4 will - internet connection assumed - automatically verify that every resource you are entitled to is present in its most actual version. If not (new-bought resources from Logos, new transferred licence from L3, updated version of something) it will download these resources and index them, then they are ready for usage. Thus, after you install the engine, close and reopen Logos, it will automatically download the resources from the Minimal Crossgrade as well as any you may have from a Libronix installation or from other purchased books (look for free resources in the product catalog or on the wiki).

If the resources are usable in L3 also, you will receive a link that triggers a resource update script for L3 (you can see these also as "downloadable libronix files" below your order history) - note that most of the resources in the Minimal Crossgrade are L4-only, but some of them can be used in L3 as well.
