BUG: Table of Contents ARROW missing

I'm not incredibly sure if this has already been posted or not but notice in the screenshot:

to the left of the words "Title Page" of either resource, the arrow that used to indicate where the Table of Contents could be expanded from is gone.

Has this arrow disappeared before or is this new?

I'm running the latest Mac beta 4.5 Beta 3 (4.50.0.1189)

The arrows are missing in 4.5 Beta 3 on a 10.5.8 system here, but are present on a Beta 4 build on a 10.6.8 system, so it is most likely that the arrow will be back in the next beta, but I should probably confirm which Mac OS you have.
