Logos Notes

Greetings, First time using this forum, looks like a good resource.

Something weird happened to my notes in Logos. All of a sudden, I have multiple copies of the same note, with multiple note symbols (the colored squares) by the reference . For example, I had created a note for John 1.46, now there are about 15 copies of the same note.

This has happened to a lot of notes in my library, but not all of them. I can't quite figure out the pattern for whihc notes are duplicated and which ones are not.

Any suggestions?

Ron,

do you have multiple versions of Logos (such as on two or more PCs) open and connected to the Internet at the same time? This could lead to said situation.

Shut down every instance of Logos you have running and start one up. Then run the command "Remove Duplicate Notes" (no quotation marks when you type in the command box)

If the note duplication still continues with only one instance of Logos running at any given moment you should call tech support. They can collect logs from you and hopefully the developers can figure out what's behind this annoying bug.
