Sometimes when I run a morph search the search results do not show up (see screenshots below). If I resize the window the results "magically" appear.

Thanks for the report. There was an existing case on the missing results, and I've added your information about the results appearing after resizing the panel.
This issue should be resolved in 4.5 Beta 5.
