I am very grateful and impressed for the way the Logos support team has solved my problem with Logos4. I had no index anymore, so no searches. Only the resources remained. I tried almost every trick from the WIKI. Have had some help from KS4J who was thinking, wondering and observing
aloud and tried to help me out. Thank you, too! You are really great, the way you are helping so many people in the forums. I am always learning new things from you about Logos. 

But what impressed me most is that Logos Tech support contacted me to help me with this problem. They took the initiative to help me, before I could ask them for help. I assume they saw me struggling on the forum and contacted me. Super, what company is doing that..Logos is!
They phoned me all the way in the Netherlands and took over remotely my MacBook. As if there was no distance at all. I know how it works, but I still think it is amazing. Thank you Graig ! You took the time and I guess the phone call was expensive.
You kept thanking me for my patience. But is is you who was patient and kept on until my problem was solved. Now I am back on track with Logos4 and I can use it like before. And it is working just fine on my 2008 MacBook. No crashes, no spinning balls, no jerky scrolling....That is how it worked before and that is how it is working now.
