I've been having problems similar, but not quite the same, as some postings down the page. After talking with customer support today, I said that I'd go ahead and post what's happening, in case it can help.
Currently, I am unable to load Logos 4 while I am connected to the Internet. If I attempt to load it, it will hang out at the "Signing In..." screen and will never crash or give an error message. I've let it stay that way for an hour. If I turn off the wi-fi and unplug the ethernet, I am able to load Logos normally. Plugging back in, however, I cannot sync licenses (I have a new software piece I'm trying to download). If I hit the sync button, it will just spin without crashing or giving an error message (I've let it run for about 30 minutes at the top end).
I'm having a similar problem in Libronix, where hitting Sync Licenses does the same thing, just spinning without ever resolving or crashing.
Customer service was able to get all my software running, so I'm able to work right now with the software, as long as I shut down the internet to load and don't try to sync anything, but I'm not able to update my software.
Thanks for any advice. I'll keep my eye out for an update.
