It is possible to transfer the highlights from one bible version to other?. I know that words are not going to match perfectly but at least to get a hint of the bible verse that was highlighted in the other bible version.

Better said, when I highlight a verse in one bible version I want that same verse highlighted in the other bibles.
If I underdstand you question correctly if you mark up the first chapter of Romans with Inductive palette highlights in the ESV, you want those same highlights to appear if you switch to the NASB. If you attach a note to a passage reference it will cross over to other bibles and resources (commentaries, etc). However if you just highlight selected text in one bible it will not appear in other bibles.
There are some major changes coming in the current Beta cycle with notes and highlighting. What you're asking for is not one of those changes, but who knows what may come with future releases.
