Building a Foreign Language Concordance (Hawaiian, Filipino, or Samoan) using Personal Book Builder

Can you input a foreign language (hawaiian) Bible using native hawaiin letters for Bible Books Name and create a foreign language concordance using the Personal Book Builder?

I just bought Logos 4 Program with the scholar library with the promise to have that ability. I watched all the video tutorials and nothing is said about this capability. Feel frustrated because this is the main reason I bought it. If not, please let me know I will return it. Thanks

Welcome to the forums.

There are still some limitations on creating a book that behaves exactly like Logos Bible, but people have successfully built Polish, Norwegian, Chinese ... bibles.

One can create a concordance in Logos 4 but because of the search capabilities it isn't generally done. When you get to that point, ask again and you can get the details.

Just to clarify, there is no limitation to building a concordance but the search capabilities of Logos4 make such a book (e.g. one that links words to bible passages) almost obsolete.

You can create a concordance, How easily depends upon how the language works and how important grouping all forms of the word is. There is software available that has the sole purpose of creating a concordance but it has to tackle the same issues that Logos has to tackle. I'm just trying to warn you that it isn't as simple as a click or two and a concordance pops out.
