Bug: Footnotes illegible
Here are the particulars:
- HTC Thunderbolt on Android 2.3 (IIRC)
- Latest version of Logos Android app (can't find where in the app to check its version, but it doesn't show up as needing an update in the market)
- Reading the commentary on Revelation by G.K. Beale in the NIGTC series
- Device is online but resource has been downloaded
- As an example, on page 204 I touch footnote 100; and the popup that appears is completely illegible - text overtop of text overtop of text, best I can tell.
- So far it's been true for any footnote I've touched.
- Happens in portrait or landscape mode.
Thanks,
Donnie

I am unable to reproduce the issue. If you're willing, it would be helpful if you could collect logs from your device to give to the developers for investigation.
Navigate to the Android Market and download an app (it's free!) called CatLog. Once CatLog is installed, run Logos and reproduce the error. Open CatLog, press the Menu button on your device, select Send, and email that log as an attachment to yourself. Please then attach that file to this thread.
To find the version of the app you are running go to Settings>Applications>Manage Applications and open the entry for Logos.

It's very interesting to me that you can't reproduce the error. The version of the Logos app I'm currently running is 0.9.1.
I'm attaching a log, taken per your instructions, as well as a picture of the display with a garbled footnote popup.

Bump.
I just wanted to point out that this is still a problem in 0.9.2; and it happens in other resources besides the one mentioned in my original posts.

I hope this gets fixed along with the other footnote problem that occurred in 0.9.2 (was not present in 0.9.1).

I am seeing the same problem too. One thing that I noticed is that it only happens when the resource has been downloaded. Footnotes on a resource that has not been downloaded works fine. I hope this helps you guys track down this issue.
Version: 0.9.2
Device: Motorola Xoom
OS: Honeycomb 3.2

The latest version of the app has fixed this problem. Thanks.
Now if we could have the Table of Contents stop coming up in "verse" view for a non-versified resource, that would be great.
