I have had a couple of PrePubs that have come out, that I have not gotten email confirmations of my purchase on. Has this happened to anyone else? They are not in my Spam. I contacted Customer Service as well to see what they say.

Yesterday I saw that "The Contemporary Torah" was in my accounts. I did not then, or now, get an email. I don't know why, really, I keep Logos 3.0g going, but I do, and downloaded the Unlock and Resource into Libronix.
Perfectly smooth. However! I can't seem to get it on L4. Tried last night and again today. Restarted Logos 4 several times. Hit "update now" quite a number of times. Even hit "update resources" twice. Am very patiently waiting until later today before getting excited!
Last evening there were a couple of "server maintenance notices, so I'm assuming that is the problem. Meanwhile it was a joy using L3 again to take a long, long peek at "The Contemporary Torah"!

I have never received an email since I opened an account with Logos. It doesn't bother me, so I haven't contacted anyone, but the account has my correct email address.

I think we're discussing an email when the order has been processed to our credit cards. I've always received an email until yesterday. It was the first time I was missed. (The Contemporary Torah) However, today I did receive an email for the Cranmer Collection. I was really glad to get it because I like habit and routine and sameness as I live in this world of constant change! *smile*

I've always received an email as to something comming out......I have had nothing recent.....maybe a snafu with LOGOS.
