What would happen if two different users would use same computer and sign in with different accounts. Is a program would delete different user library, make it invisible, or just lock it.

You should hold down ctrl as you launch Logos 4. That will bring up the login screen. Keep in mind that this will result in two separate libraries/indexes on the hard drive. When you log in as one user you won't see any of the other user's stuff.
