BUG: Logos starts off screen

See the attached screenshot.

This occurs in various ways. If I'm offline (network disconnected or away from wifi on my Macbook) then Logos always starts up in the bottom-left corner, half off the screen.

If I'm online then some of the windows (that were previously maximized - that is, filling the entire screen) end up tiny and cramped into the bottom-left corner of the screen.
