Bug: mixed message

The resource is no longer offered for sale ? It's a third party product that was never sold by Logos ? Or something else.... agreed this is a problem...how do you suggest Logos better handles this situation ....possibly both the message in the application and on the website need reconsidering.

There are several acceptable solutions - I'd prefer that the Logos website window not open and the Logos 4 program tell me that I do not own a resource that is no longer available. Even nicer would be for it to tell me the name of the resource not just the file name.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

This would be a great start....in this case the resource is the Daily Study Bible - The Twelve Prophets Volume 1 is no longer availabe for sale and I agreee L4 should tell you that.
now consider if you had clicked on something that gave file name.....bcomluke.lbxlls( or more perferably - "The Daily Study Bible Series - The Gospel of Luke, William Barclay")....
.....under current setup this would take you to website and say file can not be found.
..... and Logos would miss out on a potential sale, because although you can't get the old version there is a new version of the resource available as part of the "New Daily Study Bible NT".....in this case the L4 should alert you that this title no longer exists but there is an replacement resource that's now sellling and give you the option to go to the website for that resource.....
A slightly different slant on this issue - how does L4 respond when its a hidden resource in question ?
