Greek Audio New Testament - not working - 4.5 Beta 4

I cannot get this resource to work with the Beta. I'm using Windows XP SP3, Windows Media Player v11.

My NA27 does not display the Reader and no audio is present. The highlight that shows which verses are being read does not appear.

With the Westcott and Hort Greek Text, the Reader appear and audio is present, but it's incomprehensible gibberish and not greek that is being spoken.

The Logos logs show no errors...

Anyone else have this problem?

Not able to replicate on Windows 7  Audio fine and highlight marker appears for NA27, not issues with audio on WH text either.....

Just checked on another Windows XP box, with medial Player V11 - exactly the same problems.

It seems Windows XP and this beta are not happy with the Greek Audio resource.

Is anyone testing the beta on XP and can confirm this issue?

Andy ~  I recommend calling Customer Support for assistance so they can verify that you have all the files necessary for the Greek Audio NT to work. If you're calling from the U.K., you can use this number: 0871-218-1700. They are available Monday - Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific time.

Note:  I know you're running the Beta, for which we don't provide support, but I don't think it is a Beta issue, or necessarily an XP issue. Let them know I asked you to contact them.

Sorry, I should have mentioned that I had already called them... I had a similar issue with another XP machine, this time running non-beta Logos 4.3, and that turned out to be an old version of Windows Media player. Updating it to V11, solved that problem but didn't solve it on the beta machines, which I upgraded to Media Player 11 at the same time.

I was then advised to place a message in the Beta forum, as the Beta is not officially supported...

I get NO errors in my Log files for the Beta, whereas the non-beta did log the fact I had the wrong media player, so I do think that the beta version has a problem - it failed to report the wrong version of Media Player was installed.

I am happy to phone them again, but it would add a lot of weight to be able to say 'other XP users can get it to work'... Which is why I was asking if anyone could get it to work with XP...
