You should, at least I know I've been offered some credit in the past for owning some books that come in a bundle.

]agree--in these cases, don't buy from the website. I've only received a credit like this once--the problem with a growing library (esp if you buy the discounted single volume offers in the sales) is that you'll encounter this issue more and more.

The website is an automated system that has the current regular selling prices and is available for self-service 24/, every day of the year. If you are ordering from the website you will notice a box for entering discount sales codes. That is where you would enter special codes you may find in an email offer, a special sales event or other deal Logos may extend. The automated website can not answer many questions for you or deal with special circumstances. It can not apply any special recommendations or possible discounts like a real live person can.

Logos has some excellent sales people that are kept aware of all the special deals. If you recently purchased one title by itself and discover you could have bought it in a set of four books at big discount (and you want all four of those books) you could call a salesman and most likely be able to "upgrade" to the bigger set. Only a sales person can tell you if your circumstances make that possible. They may also find a discount you are qualified for that the website can't. (i.e. Academic)
So, Yes, you can get cheaper prices by calling in, sometimes.
