Kobo Vox

Anyone considering one of these? Not sure if Logos app will run on it as it only comes with a seemingly lightweight 800Mhz processor and 512 Ram but it does offer the SD slot.

Up here in Canada where 3/4 of the Amazon Fire won't work this might be an option for some of us. Any thoughts or anyone running Logos app on a similar device?

I'm running logos on the Vox. I downloaded it from http://downloads.logos.com/Android/Logos/stable/index.html .

If you are not familiar with the process, you have to enable non-market apps in settings; applications; unknown sources , and then launch the downloaded file from downloads (a built-in app). In a file manager app, that would be

sdcard/download

How does it run on the Vox? Is there a lot of lag for just general reading or does it seem to work ok. I did some looking around and the specs seem to be similar to the Nook Colour that a number of users on the forums have rooted and been running the Logos app. Would you recommend getting a Vox mainly for running the Logos app? I think the price looks pretty good on it.
