Does the "Cited By" tool work with Notes?
I have made a number of note files and I almost always have a bunch of Bible references in them, which I have hyperlinked. But when I use the "Cited By" tool to look for these verses it doesn't find them. It only seems to search the resources. Is there any way to make this work? I would even be satisfied with some kind of a search that would accomplish the same thing. But the difficulty I see with this is that a search for John 3:16 would have to find all of the following: John 3:16; Jn 3:16; Jn 3:13-17; Jn 3:3, 16; etc.

The "Cited By" tool can search collections (including mytag: and rating:) and series, but currently does not include Notes.
Logos 4.5 Beta 5 has "My Contents" search option:
