Bug?: The App that refused to quit

L4 Mac was being very sluggish. Attempted to scroll a search window with a small number of hits. With each click on the scroll bar, the display would shift a few pixels to the right and then back to the original position, but no vertical movement. Finally gave us and closed the window. Just before the window closed, it finally scrolled down.

Decided to give us and shift to L4 Win so I could get my studies done, but L4 Mac refused to go away. After several minutes of watching red text for Logos 4 in Activity Monitor, gave us and terminated the app.

What type of search were you running, in what resource, and on what term? Were you trying to add an additional version to existing morph search results when the program hang occurred?

1 John 5:19 Byzantine GNT right-clicked on ἅπτεται and initiated a "Search this resource" (lemma). Command-Option-F to float the window. Text display is Byz and NRSV.

Just did the search again to refresh my memory, and scrolling worked this time, although there was a multi-second delay between clicking on the scroll bar and the text movement. Subsequent clicks on the scroll bar resulted in instantaneous movement of the text.

Appears to be a non-repeatable freeze. Perhaps I should mention that this layout has more than a dozen linked panes, but none of them are linked to the search window.

Sorry I could not duplicate the freeze.
