Perpetually stuck in "Preparing Library"

Hello Everybody,
Is anybody having the same problem I'm having. I can't open Logos 4 (v 43.0.1613) unless I force quit logosindexer in my activity Monitor to stop it from "preparing library" which I literally left a whole day to run with no indication that it is progressing. I appreciate any help anyone can extend.

Curious about indexing progress (resource downloading then indexing), wiki Mac Troubleshooting => How to Report Bugs in Logos 4 Mac includes link to 5504.Logos4MacLogging.app.zip (display logging setting, then optionally change); also links to Logos Log Scribe (create zip file of Logging folder with copy of console messages)
Wonder about enabling diagnostic logging, restart Mac, watch for blue icon in menu bar (Indexer). Once (if) blue icon disappears, then open Logos 4 Mac. Can watch indexer progress by opening Indexer.log file (by default, console utility scrolls log file as lines are written). If force quit again, could reply and attach zip file of Logging folder.
Other option is contacting Logos Mac Support => http://www.logos.com/about/contact With your permission, Logos can connect with desktop sharing (Monday thru Friday).

Apologies: without diagnostic log files, personally have no more ideas than already posted in this thread.

You rock -- no apologies needed.
Thanks so much. I'm getting ahold of Logos.
