Missing resources: The College Press NIV Commentary

I was reading that Logos 4 will read all my resources from Logos 3 or they will be downloaded from the server. Well, I have The College Press NIV Commentary in Logos 3 but it is not showing in Logos 4. I wonder if there are more missing books in Logos 4 that I already paid for in L3. Thank you

You should have everything. Have all your downloads completed? If it's not showing up, a call to customer service would be best..

Thanks Todd. I have like 200 resources missing! everything in L4 is complete but since we dont have a bibliography like L3, I have no clue what I'm missing in L4.

Did you have PBB resources in your L3 library? They won't be in the L4 library. However, you must have a problem since the CP NIV Commentary isn't there.
