Logos 3 - MSVCP71.dll missing?!

My hard drive died so I'm reinstalling Windows (7 Pro x64) from scratch and all my apps.
Strangely, even with an uninstall/reinstall/upgrade/etc/etc/etc, I consistently get an error from Libronix DLS / Logos 3 telling me that msvcp71.dll is missing.
Searching the forums, it appears that this ought to exist in my Libronix DLS\System folder. But it does not.
Any ideas?
Thanks muchly!
Pete

Hmmm... modified request: I had my previous install, including all of my resources, on my E: drive. I thought that's where it got installed.
Unfortunately, it appears to have re-installed on c: -- it is my E: version that's missing the file.
I really DO want to install on E: ... yet the installer never asked where I want to install.
Will uninstall and try again

OK, so this is strange:
- If I install in the default location, all is well
- If I install in a non-default location, I get the same symptom others have seen: Logos 3 icon flashes on screen for a second or so, then disappears. No error.
- And... using the ReinstallLDLS.exe tool silently forces a default-location install, no matter what, even if previously installed on another drive, and even if you use it from the Inbound folder of the existing (non-default) location. (This is what caught me... I was trying a variety of fixits listed in the forums. Didn't realize that one of them would quietly "shift focus" from my E: to my C: drive :-D )
So, at this point, I don't find a valid way to use the custom location install?! It was sure working for me before

WHEW. Got it working! What worked:
- Uninstall all copies of Libronix DLS
- Remove all subfolders of Libronix, wherever they exist, EXCEPT for Resources (ie remove Common, Inbound, System)
- Reboot
- Follow instructions (in the Error 1721 or 1722 thread) to ensure MSXML is registered. For me on Win 7, this was: regsvr32 "C:\Windows\SysWOW64\msxml4.dll"
(at admin command prompt) - Use DLSSetup.exe to install base Libronix. (It will NOT run at this point, no LDLS.exe file!)
- Use 30gautoupdate.lbxupd to update to 3.0g
- Reboot
- Now all should be well
Thanks for praying! [:)]
