Logos has great citation abilities, and 2 things would really improve things.
1. Many people utilize bibliographic software for footnotes and bibliography, but the nature of Logos's citation ability is that it assumes you are working with just Logos. Most bib.managers use things called temp citations - it looks something like this {Evans 2010@99}. A bib.manager would pastes in the {Evans 2010@} part, and the "99" is the page number.
What Logos could do to aid us who use bib.managers is to allow us to define the citation info for a resource i.e. what we want pasted when we copy and paste.
2. I wish Logos treated primary resources (like the biblical text) in the same way it treats resources for citations. In other words, it would be nice to just copy and paste from a bible pane and Logos would add the quotation marks and the citation in parentheses. I KNOW that Logos treats these in its separate "Copy Bible Verses" pane, I just don't understand why. It would be better if it resided right in the regular pane.
