How to pronounce biblical names or words?

Hey guys,

I would like to create a tab that will allow me to highlight or click on a Biblical name and then be able to listen to (by clicking on the small speaker icon) and hear the name or word in English.

Any ideas or help?

Welcome to the forums, I don't know of any audio resource that pronounces the Biblical names. In the exegetical guide you can have Greek lemmas read aloud to you so you could hear what the Greek names sound like but that's limited.

I do know about this resouce which might help http://www.logos.com/product/7299/thats-easy-for-you-to-say-your-quick-guide-to-pronouncing-bible-names-3rd-ed it's in base packages I believe so you might have it.

The resource "That's easy for you to say" originally came with a cd from the publisher pronouncing all the names. It would be nice if logos could incorportate this into their English Bibles. As a work around I created a link to the sound files so I can hear the difficult words pronounced.

I do have "That's easy for you to say" in my base package. It does show you how to pronounce the words but does not give you the option of "clicking on a speaker icon" so you can hear it.

Maybe Logos will introduce this in a future update.
