BUG: PB link to resource

I have a link to a resource, Apostolic Fathers:English Translations, and it keeps showing the link twice (see image). I added it using the Word 2010 Insert Hyperlink, I created the logosres link via "Copy Location as URL". I am on 4.3 SR-6:
If I click on the link the resource does come up correctly.

It seems to be a common problem with ref= type links.

Option: link to original language version, then Personal Book pop-up shows original language and English (highest prioritized resource).
