having fully downloaded and indexed logos 4 platanium when i press on help and search subjects nothing is in help at all just a search bar , and some of the extra books that come with platinium upgrade i cant find them .
anyone help me

I was led to believe some of the resources listed on the comparison page were stilling being converted to L4- like Barnhouse's Romans series.
Maybe someone has a better answer.

I had the same problem after installing earlier this week.
First try closing Logos4, then restart windows.
If that doesn't work, then open Logos4, and in the command bar type update now. You may have to wait for it to download. I believe it was the 2nd or 3rd download that day before the Help pane started working. I noticed that others were having the same problem (and some were not). But it started working after one of the downloads (can't remember if i had to close then re-open Logos4).
The help info for Logos4 is better than Logos3's.
thank you i have tried a few typing update now in command bar and re opening times but no downloading , on logos 3 i could put my pointer on any bible word and the enhanced strong's would show and the king James was one verse per line , but logos 4 doesn't have the king James one verse per line been looking for features but cant find them , paid for platinum beginning to think [aid nearly £300 for something that worse , i used to enjoy saving a particular work space but now i have to scroll through lots of snap shots to try and find the one i like
is there any tools to change this features

in layouts if you clisk on the word "snapshot" you can name your page like "anything" - then when you return to L4- you click on layout and your workspace or layout will appear in the column to the left under "named layouts".
Each time you work on this layout you can save it just like version 3 workspaces just keep naming the new layout with the same designation.

thanks for the shot of your library...you are showing 834 resources. IF you are at Platinum, I believe that you should (possibly) have more titles than that.
Do you have an idea of some specific thing you saw in the list that you don't have?
that would help to be specific...
Your help file doesn't seem to be working...it should have the info for command.
can you do this?
Type "update resources"
and also type: "update now"
and wait at least an hour before you reply...
Then if you still don't have a help file...call tech support...
