Having trouble with profile pic

Hello
I can't get my avatar/profile pic to upload, every picture I try says file to big. I have taken a picture with my camera, my phone, my ipod, my laptop, pulled one in from facebook and every one of those files evidently are to big??? How in the world do you find a "small" file picture to use for your logos4 profile? I do not know how to go in and change file sizes if that is what is needed.

    Hi Peggy

    Sorry to hear you are still having problems with this. It sounds strange as while pictures taken with modern cameras can be quite large, photos on facebook (for example) are normally relatively small.


    • What is the size of the file you are trying to use?
    • What steps are you taking and when in the process do you get this error message?
