Can't add to Sermon File Addin

As the subject says I can't add any new sermons to my Sermon File Addin. I haven't been able to for a while. I click File/Import Sermons/choose a sermon to add and am told that I can't compile the message. What the error is I don't know. I need to be able to keep up with my sermons.

I was even surprised it imported docx  - but it works for me.

So, what type of files are not working (rtf, doc etc.) or just this one? It might help to upload a file.

What version of Libronix and operating system?

Dave, I was so thankful for your reply, I know I am slow getting an answer back. Sorry, I don't have my own internet connection [:$] Libronix 3.0g as for the Operating system I am 64 bit Windows 7, the file is any I try to compile but here is one.

Have you got IE9 and applied this fix http://community.logos.com/forums/t/30926.aspx

If this is N/A contact Logos Tech Support, but they would need an internet connection to get onto your computer.
