Proclaim could not retrieve presentation templates, open other users presentations, or any function online.It acted as if it was offline. I checked my computer to make sure it was connected to the internet and it is. 6747.Proclaim.log
I am experiencing the same problem. Proclaim is unable to connect to the synchronization server, though, since I am posting this, my computer is obviously online. Are the servers down?
We are currently updating our servers in preparation for the next Beta release. They should be back up shortly.

Thanks for the update. I was preparing a presentation for our youth service tonight, so I'm glad to hear it will be back up soon.
Running into the same problem. As a developer I understand the need to bring servers down for upgrade...especially during a beta phase. But, perhaps for a product like this it might make sense to schedule your systems upgrades on days that churches don't tend to meet? I love your product and look forward to using it, but not being able to access the system on a Wednesday during the work day is tough .

I am still unable to connect to Proclaim Online. Located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and connecting over cable broadband internet.
Back online and loving the new features of Beta 7. Being able to copy last week's presentation almost saved me as much time as we lost with the servers being down.
I'm not sure I understand your problem. Are you having trouble downloading the application from www.proclaimonline.com?
