Kinde Fire on Android but no Logos App??

Hello,

I just purchased a new Kindle Fire, which is essentially an android tablet.  It runs android apps, but it wil not recongize Logos app on that device from the android market.  I am a bit confused and wondered if the android app for Logos will be avail. to us new Amazon Fire users. I have tons of other apps, and don't see why this couldn't work?  Thanks.  I hope it will work at some point so I don't have to carry my laptop with me.

Hello Robin,

The Logos app has some incompatibilities with the Fire that they are working on.  But you can "sideload" the app if you want it now.  See this post:

Also if you read further down in that thread, you'll see where developer Dave Dunkin says they are working on making the app more compatible with the Fire, and will be releasing an update soon.
