How do I download a Pre Pub order? Critical and Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament
I purchased "Critical and Exegetical Commentary on the New Testament" on pre pub. Im not sure how to download it. I've paid for it and in my account it shows under the status column, "under contract". I would think the day I paid for it I should be able to download it.

If the status is "under contract", you haven't paid for it. Basically you are even free to delete the contract (meaning you forego the right to pay only the reduced price on the resource, so don't do that).
Next status will be "under development", then a ship date will be set by Logos and your CC is charged when the product is shipped and L4 wil then downlöoad it automatically. You actually can download it manually, if you wish to use it under Libronix, too.
So no need to worry right now.

Prepubs work as orders. I looked at this work and the Under Contract/Under Development means that Logos will produce it but hasn't yet.
Check with your credit card company if you've been charged then there's been a mistake and you should call Logos and ask for your money back but I suspect you'll find that you haven't actually paid for it yet and the email you got was to confirm your order.

No, it looks like a big resource to produce. It could be months. Eventually Logos will post an anticipated release date to the site.

Totally unfounded wild guess: Sometime in January?? Maybe around the second week.Lately resources have been shipping quicker than they used to. This takes into consideration we are about to have a Black Friday Sale, a Twelve Days of Logos Sale, and hopefully another Christmas special.
If you watch your emails closely Logos will send you an alert about 10 days before it ships. You will have a chance to change the card you want it charged to or cancel the order if you need to.
