When I upload videos to Proclaim, there is always a bad lag between the audio and the video. Please fix. Thanks.

Did this ever get corrected? I see the post is from November 2011 and we experienced this problem last night, 10/19/2013. The audio lagged behind the video by at least 10 seconds.
