When I mouse over a scripture reference, I want it to display the verse. Right now, it displays the commentary. Is there a way to change this? I have looked everywhere in the software.
Have you prioritized your favorite Bible above any Bible commentaries?

I hope I have understood your question properly because if I have the answer is it ain't supposed to that - it should do this...
In this case I hovered over Psalms 9-10 to get the pop up.
If you are seeing something different then a screen shot would be handy to help diagnose what's wrong.
I find that to show pop ups in place you have to capture the whole screen +Shift+3 rather than try and select a portion +Shift+4.
