Purchased book doesn't appear on Android

I recently bought "Understanding BHS" (http://www.logos.com/product/2927/understanding-bhs) and it works fine in my desktop edition. However, it doesn't appear in my library on the android app. I have tried refreshing the library again and again but it still doesn't show up. Everything else is there.

Any ideas?

    Hello Stephen,

     

    It looks like the resource you bought is currently unavailable on mobile devices.  If you notice on the resource page you linked, below the book cover picture, icons indicate what devices the resource is currently compatible with.  Logos offers a 30 day no questions asked return policy if you really needed it on a mobile device!

    Stephen, the product description indicates that this title would only work on Macintosh and Windows (look for the "Works on:" under the cover image), not on Android. However, you might want to ask Customer Support whether it is possible/likely for the title to be released for Android as well.

    Thanks all, I hadn't appreciated that some books only work on some platforms. will certainly check in future.
