Search Advice

I had a person at work ask me today "What is God's will? The first one that came to mind was that it is His will that all shall be saved. The second question was "Are there anymore Biblical passages that advise of other wills of God?" I tried several different attempts that came up with a lot of non-relevant passages. Does anyone have any suggestions to help me narrow the results down? Thanks.

There's always the classic source "Summa Theologica" which has two major discussions on the topic. Simply a search on "God's will" OR "will of God" should show you what you have on the topic.

Unfortunately I don't have that resource either. I have Silver plus quite a bit of add-ons that interest me. I'm going to take a quick nap and try searching again. The question came up while riding down the road in a truck at work so it is not all that important. We tend to come up with some crazy discussions at work [:)]

It just intrigued me knowing that God has more than one will for us and I thought that I would make a quick list if I can.

I'll try this along with Lynden's suggestions and let you know how it goes. I promised myself that I was going to start putting a study on communion on paper today or tomorrow. I need to start reading some early Anabaptist and other early writings on the subject which will take some time as well. I am easily sidetracked if you have not already noticed. [:)]
