We need help evaluating the bundles!

I really appreciate Logos putting such great bundles on sale for Black Friday, and the other times they put bundles on sale. But for many users, who have a number of resources already, it's virtually impossible to tell how useful a purchase any sale of a bundle might be unless there is something big and obvious that they don't have in their library. I wasn't about to go line for line and check my library for every resource to get a feel whether the bundles made sense for me.

So - my suggestion - is there ANY way via the web site, that we can see a picture of how many resources in an advertised bundle we already have? Or maybe an XML file describing the bundle can be downloaded from the ad page and our version of Logos can match it up to our library and tell us what we don't have? I think it might sell more bundles!

I would suggest looking primarily at the major references in the package. If you have all or most of them, that would put a bundle out of question, unless you bought most of them recently and then your rep could help you out.

Concur!  I didn't explore the bundles because of this--just not the way I'm going to spend my holiday hours.  Let me see where my library differs so I can explore the "gap" to determine if I want to round it out...and to really make me happy, dynamically re-price the bundle based on resources I already own the license to.

You don't need to go online and check your library.  Just use the "little gray cells" and evaluate the bundle on the basis of your memory of your library.

Huh? Can you clarify please? You aren't talking about the purchase buttons that get greyed out on PrePub pages are you? They don't exist if I click through to resources from the bundle page

I have never read any, but I enjoy the BBC versions. He is my favorite detective. [~]
