Installation problem on Windows XP

I had Libronix 3 on an older Athlon 3200 PC running Windows XP.  I bought Logos 4 and when I installed it, a flash screen saying Logos 4 appeared, then a semi-transparent window came up which was unreadable.  I sort of knew what to expect, so I found text boxes with my cursor and put in my user name and password.  Then it downloaded my new resources and indexed (took 3 days).  That is done, but still when I click on the Logos 4 icon, the same semi-transparent unreadable window comes up so I can't use the program.  Help!

    This would best be handled by Logos Technical Support unless someone else has a solution.
