Question on information about updates

Question: Is there some way that we can find what exactly is being updated or added? For example, when I opened Logos 4 this morning it said it was downloading an update, which apparently contained new resources. But I have no idea what resources were added. Is there an update log?

(I still think this is a great product and much better than versions 3.)
