Welcome to the forums. Here is how copy and paste works. Go to the Word doc after you have copied the text. Press and hold where you want the copied text to go. One of the options should be to paste. That's the steps I take on my iPad 1 with Pages, it should work the same on the iPad 2.
Blessings,
Philana

I am not familiar with 'worg' but the standard method is to tap where you want to paste in a document and then select paste. This method works with iA Writer.

Thanks for your support and for not pointing out the fact that I spelled word (worg)incorrectly, some people don't realize how small they appear by pointing out a typo.
Thanks, JP

Jeff - I am actually curious, when you said "word" document, were you speaking in general terms (i.e. a word processing document, such as "Pages" made by Apple), or did you mean something else? Is everything working for you now? Is there a specific program you are having trouble with?

No problem Jeff - Did following the instructions work for you?
BTW I'm not familiar with Word either.

I wonder myself if there is a way to copy and paste with references? I know I can copy with them in Olive Tree Bible study. Copy and paste the normal way still leaves me having to write in things that I would like to avoid having to do for time and expediencies sake.

No Robert. We can have the references show for email, faith life, and twitter. But not copy/paste for bible study into something like a pages document.
