Anyone else having trouble syncing up today?

I haven't noticed today (it's fine now) but I did have problems for about an hour yesterday.
I'm still getting the sync in progress spinning arrows.
I had to force quit and restart. Then resources were updated and installed. Now I'm in the indexing process but the sync has finished.
