indexing Kindle notes and highlights in Logos

for the rare times that I buy christian resources in Kindle format and interact with it by making notes and highlights I always regretted that there was no easy way to index them in Logos4. kindle.amazon.com provided access to them but it had too much fluff on the page to make it truly useful. Just a few minutes ago I discovered Clipper. It will produce a clean webpage of all your notes and highlights in a given resource, which you can then copy/paste into Word and make a Personal Book that can be indexed by Logos.
by the way, Microsoft Offers Free Starter Edition for PC’s or Portable USB Key Installations - I mention it for the benefit of creating Personal Books in Logos4, of course.

I discovered Clipper
This is great. I've spent countless hours downloading my notes from kindle.amazon.com and re-formatting them and preparing them for PB. Question: I don't use an actual kindle device. I use the iPad app and the MAC app. Is there a way to get to the My Clippings.txt file without the Kindle device?
Thanks!

Unfortunately, I don't think so. But I may be wrong.
