I'm interested in what others opinions are on the best Logos training material on practical Bible studies. I have the basics of how the software works and the different functions and features. I'm looking more to see how to practically connect what I know about exegesis and Bible study with the actual tools. Anyone know a resource or training that would be especially effective to this end?

A great free resources is Mark Barnes videos, he has a series on Preaching with Logos that gives specific ways to set up Logos for study (although specifically for sermons, it would work for exegesis). Actually all the videos on this site are worth watching and downloading.

Here is a page on the WIKI: http://wiki.logos.com/Logos_4_Video_Tutorials

In addition to Mark's videos, you will find much to help you there.

    Alexander,

The best thing I can recommend is Morris Proctor's Inductive Bible Study Manual. It gives principles of Bible study and shows practical ways Logos Bible Software 4 can achieve each principle. If this is something you wanted to purchase, it can be purchased directly from Morris' website here.

    Thank you,

    Deborah
