Bug Report: All Collections Lost

I was preparing for a talk I am giving tonight... went to go do some searches on my collections... they are all missing. Everyone of them. I rebooted and restarted my Macbook... nada, nothing, zip.
I did add some collections last weekend to do with author series. (i.e. Author Series - author:luther, etc), but no extensive maintenance. Just added a few more collections to meet my needs. They were all working fine.
To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. Can someone tell me how to restore collections? I do have a time capsule backup, so in theory I should be able to go to Sunday's backup and find my collections.
Thanks!
P.S. Warning Rant: This kind of loss of data in a full version release of the software is VERY concerning particularly when the user options are limited to manipulate it and it should 'just work'. This undermines my confidence in Logos for Mac and as much as I hate to admit it, I am seriously wondering if I need to go back to running Fusion and the Windows version. I am loathed to run Fusion just for this task. I just wrote a week or so ago a defense of Logos and it's development of their Mac produce, so I am feeling very foolish now. No software is perfect, but at this stage of the game the fundamentals should be working.

Donovan - Sorry you are having troubles. My first question: are you running Logos on more than one computer?
Also, when you say that your collections are gone, do you mean that every collection you have ever made is gone right now as you read? Are the ones you created last weekend still around? Are you sure you created new collections and didn't write over the old ones? (just checking).

I can't tell for sure, but this doesn't sound like a "Mac only" thing. Hopefully you will be able to figure it out here soon.

Wonder about using a SQLite browser (e.g. Firefox extension) to look at Logos 4 / Documents / <random> / ResourceCollectionManager / ResourceCollectionManager.db file ? (possibly copy older one from time capsule, then look in table: ResourceCollections)
By the way, recently read a review about VMWare Fusion 4.1 => http://www.macworld.com/article/163755/2011/11/vmware_fusion_update_lets_users_virtualize_leopard_snow_leopard.html
Looking in Apple's online store, noticed Snow Leopard Server is $ 499, while refurbished Mac Mini with Snow Leopard Server is $ 749 (includes Apple license for virtual machine running Snow Leopard Server).

Nope... in fact, I realized that I had lost my collections before the crash report that I just logged. It was in the process of rebooting my macbook and restarting Logos 4 that I had the crash. I was fed up with it crashing and decided to take the time to log it. I didn't mind doing this when I had time in the Alpha phase to assist with testing, but now I just need it to work!
All of my collections are lost. Those before I created a few new ones on the weekend and the newest ones as well. I literally have no collections now. I am currently only using Logos 4 Mac on this computer, so this is not an issue with multiple computers.

Like idea of verifying database file has collection rows before replacing file while Logos 4 Mac is closed. If replacement works, imagine Logos developers would appreciate copy of old database file (could zip and attach).
Personally have 176 rows in my ResourceCollections table.
